Environmentally Sound Methods for Recovery of metals from PCBs – Phase – II.
Objective/Description
<p style="margin-left:3.0pt;">To establish total indigenous capability of processing E-waste materials in an environmentally sound methodologies and stop export of the E-waste for processing outside India in order to conserve the resources.</p>
<p style="margin-left:3.0pt;">Establishment of process facilities for the demonstration of recovery of metals such as Cu, Au, Ag, and Pd from Printed Circuits Boards (30m T per annum).</p>
<p>Serving the informal sector by extending processing facility for recovery of metals with direct economic and ecological benefits.</p>
