Development of ultra purification process for high scale production of 7N grade Cadmium & Tellurium
Objective/Description
<p>The prime objective of the project is to fine tune the process parameters and to reproduce ultra pure Te & Cd on higher batch size.</p>
<p>The objective will be accomplished through carrying out number of allied experiments on Cd & Te metal and purity tests. Aided by the results from these experiments and purity tests, process to purify Cd & Te up to 7N purity on higher batch scale would be established.</p>
<p>The scope of the work also includes supply of 09 Kg each of Ultra Pure Te and Cd to SSPL.</p>
