GRAPHENE SUPERCAPACITORS

C-MET has developed graphene based supercapacitors having capacitance of 1F to 40F. C-MET has demonstrated the properties of graphene supercapacitors by working a small DC motor of 1.5V with supercapacitors and also making a LED flash light with graphene supercapacitors.  We have also used supercapacitors for replacing battery in clocks.  C-MET has developed an emergency lamp made from graphene supercapacitors. This lamp can give back up power for 1 hr and will get fully charged in less than a minute.  Two patents are filed on graphene supercapacitors. C-MET has also developed graphene supercapacitors having working voltage above 4V.
