KESTERITE ABSORBER FOR THIN FILM SOLAR CELLS

Kesterite is promising absorber material for thin film solar cells because of its excellent photovoltaic properties, high abundance and non-toxicity.  Kesterite thin films are generally fabricated by vacuum based techniques or by using toxic solvents and these routes reduce its attention as low cost and environmental friendly material.  C-MET has successfully fabricated phase pure Kesterite thin film absorber through solution based simple approaches using non-toxic chemicals.
